Are you a Dolphin or a Shark?

Dolphins are known to be warm-blooded, friendly, have great social bonding and community, and are known to help out their own species and other species. They are great communicators — both through sound and non-verbal communication. They are also supposed to be very intelligent.

Sharks on the other hand are known to be cold-blooded, attack sometimes, and many a time without reasonable cause or provocation. When they attack they show no mercy to their victims. If you think about a shark, it will send chills down your spine.

In an organization, as a leader, identify — do you want to be a Dolphin or do you want to be a Shark?; or Are you a Dolphin or are you a Shark?

If you look like a Shark but really are a Dolphin on the inside — you have a problem!

If you look like a Dolphin but really are a Shark on the inside — it works for you but is a problem for everybody else.

Identify who you are and who would you like to be — a Dolphin or a Shark?
